Referral Program Rules

The referring individual must be a current patient who has had an appointment within the past year and has no outstanding balance. Referrals must be new patients who complete their first appointment and list your name as the referral source on their new patient paperwork. Referrals CAN be immediate family! For every referral you get $25 towards any future dental treatment.
