Team members will have access to the group’s 401(k) program after the following conditions are met: (1) one (1) calendar year has elapsed since the start date of the team member, and (2) the team member has worked a minimum of 1000 hours during the past year. If the team member previously worked for the group of any practice prior to it joining the group, those hours worked and time elapsed contribute towards the team members eligibility. If the team member has become eligible, but has since left the practice and is working in a substitute manner, they are no longer eligible for 401(k) benefits unless they are hired again as a regular, long-term schedule.

Andrew Walker
Andrew started his career in healthcare administration before graduating from Harvard Business School in 2017. Because of his passion for providing rave-worthy clinical and experiential outcomes for every patient and team member, he started Oak Lane Dental immediately after graduating and has been at the helm since.
Dr. Michael Merkley
Dr. Mike graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2014. He graduated near the top of his class, and regularly appeared on the Dean’s List. He works with each practice in our group to provide support for the dentists and their team. In supporting each dental practice, Dr Mike aims to help each patient and team member have a rave-worthy experience.
